Clinton High School played host to a four-team golf match Tuesday afternoon at the Clinton Country Club. As a team, Blue Ridge shot a 176 to take first while Clinton shot a 192 to edge out Tri-Valley for 2nd. Fisher rounded out the match with a 225.
CJ Bishop of Blue Ridge shot a day best of 42. Maroons' Kip Barber shot a 44, as did Blue Ridge's Mason Potts. Will Duggins and Cory Jayne of Blue Ridge, Steven Evans of Clinton and Adam Covlon of Tri-Valley shot a 45.
Clinton is now 4-9 on the season.
