Ronnie Hair, 51, Gridley, was issued citations for Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Driving Under Influence. Hair posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Eric McGrew, 30, Heyworth, was issued citations for Failure To Reduce Speed, Operating Uninsured Vehicle, Leaving The Scene Of Accident and Improper Lane Usage. McGrew posted his IL Drivers License as bond and was released.

 

James Codding, 39, Clinton, was issued a citation for Registration Suspension-Insurance Violation. Codding was issued a Notice To Appear and was released.

 

Michael Roy, 49, Farmer City, was issued a citation for Speeding (73 mph in a 55 mph zone). Roy posted his IL Drivers License as bond and was released.

 

Mark Westcott, 53, Argenta, was issued a citation for Speeding (61 mph in a 45 mph zone). Westcott posted his IL Drivers License as bond and was released.

 

Steve Koller, 50, Atlanta, was issued a citation for Speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone). Koller posted his IL Drivers License as bond and was released.

 

Mary Clendening, 56, Mattoon, was issued a citation for Speeding (56 mph in a 40 mph zone). Clendening posted her IL Drivers License as bond and was released.

 

Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at approximately 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, September 8th, revealed that a vehicle driven by Garth Reed, 55, Maroa, was at a yield sign on Crosley Street at Fuller Street in Kenney. Reed stated he was looking to the North when he began to turn south onto Fuller Street. Reed turned too wide, causing the front driver’s side of the vehicle to collide with the rear side of the vehicle driven by Danison Scott, 56, Clinton, which was traveling northbound on Fuller Street. The crash caused damage to the front driver’s side turn light and bumper of Reed’s vehicle and rear driver’s side of Scott’s vehicle. No injuries were reported and the vehicles were driven from the scene.

 

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
