City Water Light and Power's water division director Tom Skelly says the lake has risen about six inches since Isaac rolled through and has remained steady for the past couple of weeks.  During the height of the drought, the lake levels were falling three quarters of an inch per day.  Skelly says water production at the plant is also down to around 22 million gallons per day on average.  CWLP set multiple records in July when the plant was pumping as much as 40 million gallons a day.
