The majority of the state of Illinois has been recovering from the recent drought thanks to the rain we have been receiving. Yet, we there is still a little way to go before we are completely recovered. There may be some small amounts of rain earlier in the week along with Fall-like conditions. State Climatologist Jim Angel has more.
