THE YEAR STARTED OUT WITH A RARE FEBRUARY TORNADO THAT LEFT EIGHT PEOPLE DEAD IN HARRISBURG. ANGEL SAYS THEN TORNADO ACTIVITY WANED AS ILLINOIS RECEIVED BELOW AVERAGE RAINFALL…BUT PICKED UP AGAIN AS THE REMNANTS OF HURRICANE ISAAC MOVED INTO ILLINOIS.
