Republicans say Governor Quinn is taking his time booting ineligible people off Medicaid.  Governor Quinn says the GOP is full of bologna.

Governor Quinn says Republicans are falsely accusing him of dragging his feet when it comes to booting ineligible people out of the Medicaid program.

Quinn says Republicans are pulling a political stunt just before the election.  He says they know there are contract and procurement rules that must be followed in order to get the rolls cleaned up accurately.  Quinn signed a proposal earlier this year that made more than two-and-a half billion dollars in cuts to the Medicaid program.  Cleaning up the rolls was a part of that package.
