WHITE SUCCESSFULLY PUSHED FOR A LAW EARLIER THIS YEAR PROHIBITING THOSE CAUGHT EXCESSIVELY SPEEDING FROM GETTING COURT SUPERVISION. THIS ADDITIONAL CHANGE WILL ALSO HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY THE STATE LEGISLATURE.
