Mayor Rahm Emanuel announced yesterday the National Restaurant Association and the Hotel-Motel Show is staying until 2021.  The International Manufacturing Technology Show is staying until 2020.  He credits the new "exhibitors bill of rights," which allows people to set up their own booths as one reason the trade shows stayed.  The new agreements mean almost a billion dollars is coming to Chicago.
