The Arizona Cardinals take their unbeaten record into St. Louis to play the Rams in this week's Thursday night game at the Edward Jones Dome.  The Cardinals are one of three undefeated teams left in the NFL.  Arizona outlasted Miami 24-21 in overtime at home on Sunday to improve to 4-and-0, joining Houston and Atlanta with unblemished records.  Kevin Kolb [[ Cobb ]] has thrown seven TD passes and just two picks since replacing the injured John Skelton at quarterback in Week One.  The Rams are coming off a 19-13 win over Seattle that evened their record at 2-and-2.  It was highlighted by a fake field goal for a touchdown.  Rookie Greg Zuerlein also made four fields, including franchise record boots of 58 and 60 yards.  Arizona has won 10 of the last 11 meetings.
