An Illinois state senate candidate is becoming an Internet star after a video of her blasting the Obama administration's healthcare reform law went viral. Dr. Barbara Bellar says the rant was suppose to be a lighthearted opening to a serious conversation. Dr. Bellar speaking in her viral video which blasts Obamacare.

Dr. Barbara Bellar says getting rid of Obamacare is one of the first things she wants to work on if she gets elected to the Illinois State Senate.

In the video, Bellar points out how the American people are going to be gifted with a healthcare plan which we are forced to purchase, be fined if we don't and which will cover ten-million more people without adding a single new doctor. She goes on to say the bill was passed by a Congress who didn't read it, but exempted themselves from it and signed by a President who smokes.
