Jacksonville County Police Lieutenant Rob Schoonover says Matthew Hinson went into a jealous rage then slit William "Chris" Pettry's throat.  Schoonover also called Hinson's actions on early Sunday "cold-blooded" because he apparently showed no emotion during the incident.  Pettry was visiting Jacksonville from Lake Villa to see the Bears take on the Jaguars.  In a post on Facebook, his wife says she's "numb, angry and very lost" over the murder.
