Longtime Chicago White Sox General Manager Kenny Williams is getting a promotion.  Williams has been named the team's executive vice president with Rick Hahn taking over as GM.  Williams has been the club's general manager for the past twelve seasons and part of the front office since 1992.  Hahn has been with the White Sox since 2000 as the assistant GM under Williams.
