He also ran for 37 yards on five carries for the Panthers, who fell to 1-and-6 with their fifth consecutive loss. Steve Smith had seven catches for 118 yards, but dropped a sure touchdown with 2:43 to play.

The previous record was set by the Rams in 1999-2000. Steven Ridley rushed for 127 yards and a score in the victory. Matt Hasselbeck was 22-of-29 for 236 yards and a score for the 3-and-5 Titans, who had won their previous two. Chris Johnson ran for 99 yards on 21 carries in defeat.
