Several State Farm Insurance trucks left Illinois headed out to the East Coast yesterday.  Spokeswoman Patti Kelly says claims teams will be on hand to help those who have home and auto policies with the company.  She reminds the customers to take a few items with them if they're forced to evacuate.

Kelly says people should also take pictures and an inventory of the items in their home.  That will help speed up the claims process.  Kelly says safety is the number one priority so people should follow all official instructions closely and promptly.  Anyone who needs to file a claim can call their agent or 800-SF-Claim.
