This year's Carrier Classic is offering up not one, but two games today. The first ever doubleheader features fourth-ranked Ohio State taking on Marquette aboard the flight deck of the USS Yorktown. The Ohio State women's team will also be in action, going up against Notre Dame. The Lady Irish were the national championship runner-up last season. The addition of the women's game is meant to highlight the critical role of women in service. North Carolina's men's team beat Michigan State in last year's inaugural Carrier Classic aboard the USS Carl Vinson in San Diego. Proceeds from the games help the Wounded Warrior Project.
