Investigation into the scene of an accident which occurred at approximately 7:38 p.m. on Friday, November 2, revealed that a vehicle driven by Eric Sarff, 32, Champaign, and a vehicle driven by Twila Keylor, 52, Clinton, was traveling north on US Highway 51 near Carl Springs Road. Sarff said he began to change lanes and did not see Keylor beside him, causing both vehicles to collide causing minor damage. Sarff’s vehicle had minor damage to the front passenger side wheel well and door. Keylor had damage to the front driver side wheel, door, and side mirror. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

 

Donna Bishop, 58, Atlanta, was issued a citation for Speeding (69 mph in a 55 mph zone). Bishop posted her IL Driver’s License as bond and was released.

 

Raoof Raouf, 24, Champaign, was issued a citation for Speeding (89 mph in a 65 mph zone). Raouf posted his IL Driver’s License as bond and was released.

 

Landan Callahan, 26, Clinton, was issued a citation for Disobeying Traffic Control Devce. Callahan posted his IL Driver’s License as bond and was released.

 

Jana Sprague, 58, Waynesville, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Sprague posted her IL Driver’s License as bond and was released

Kevin Westbrook, 45, Wapella, was issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended. Westbrook posted the necessary bond and was released.

 

Adam Roberts, 26, Milwaukee, WI, was issued a citation for Speeding (70 mph in a 55 mph zone). Roberts promised to comply and was released.

 

Sofia Arenibar, 37, Chicago, was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Arenibar was issued a notice to appear and was released.

 

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
