The Cubs have reportedly signed catcher Dioner Navarro to a one-year contract.  The Chicago Tribune reports the deal is worth 1.75-million-dollars.  Navarro hit .290 with two homers and 12 RBI in 24 games as a backup last season in Cincinnati.  He is a career .245 hitter with 41 homers and 209 RBI over nine big league seasons.
