NFC West rivals meet for the second time this season when the San Francisco 49ers take on the St. Louis Rams Sunday at the Edward Jones Dome.  The two teams battled to a 24-all tie in San Francisco in Week 10.  Quarterback Alex Smith suffered a concussion in that game and second-year signal-caller Colin Kaepernick [[ CAP-er-nick ]] has led the team to two wins in his place. Head coach Jim Harbaugh announced he is sticking with the hot hand this week even though Smith is now healthy and cleared to play.  The Niners lead the division at 8-2-and-1.  The Rams picked up their first win since Week Five with a 31-17 victory at Arizona this past Sunday.  St. Louis is 4-6-and-1.
