Illinois State University President Al Bowman is calling it quits.  Bowman announced his retirement yesterday, citing health concerns as his reason for stepping aside.  He says he had a serious surgery several years back and even though he's in good health right now, doctors suggest stepping away from the high pressure job will be best for his health in the long run.  Bowman has been the president at ISU for nine years.
