Robert Griffin the Third hit Pierre Garcon on an eight-yard touchdown pass early in the fourth quarter to lead the Redskins in a 17-16 win over the Giants.  RG3 finished with 163 yards passing and 72 more on the ground as Washington improved to 6-and-6 with its third straight win.  The Skins and Cowboys are just a game back of the now 7-and-5 Giants in the NFC East.  Garcon had 106 yards receiving on eight catches and Alfred Morris rushed for 124 yards in the win.  Josh Morgan also scored for the Skins when he recovered a fumble by RG3.  Eli Manning had 280 yards with a touchdown for the Giants.  Ahmad Bradshaw ran for 103 yards while Victor Cruz had 104 yards receiving for New York.
