Billboard Material Building Up For Sunday's Bears/Packers Match Up; TNF Notes

 width=>>Bears' WR Marshall Blasts Packers

Chicago Bears receiver Brandon Marshall says he has never disliked a team as much as the Packers.

Although he says he wouldn't use the word "hate," he has "never felt this strong in sports" about another team or group of opposing players.

During his weekly session with reporters on Wednesday, Marshall called this weekend's home game against Green Bay "personal" and said he hopes Packers cornerbacks request to cover him one on one.

His feelings seemed to stem from a 23-10 loss at Green Bay earlier in the year in which he caught just two passes for 24 yards. He says he doesn't respect "their players talking about how awesome of a job they (do) shutting down certain players."

(Green Bay, WI) -- Green Bay Packers linebacker Clay Matthews returned to the practice field for the first time in more than a month on Wednesday. Matthews has missed the last four games after suffering a hamstring injury in a win over Arizona on November 4th. Offensive lineman T.J. Lang and defensive lineman Mike Neal also took reps in practice after sitting out last week with injuries. Wide receiver Jordy Nelson and cornerback Charles Woodson both remain sidelined with injuries. Head coach Mike McCarthy said Monday that he was hopeful they would be ready to go on Sunday when the 9-and-4 Packers battle the 8-and-5 Chicago Bears.

>>Small Fire Breaks Out At Green Bay's Lambeau Field

(Green Bay, WI) -- A small fire broke out at legendary Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin on Wednesday. The minor fire broke out on the construction site for the Lambeau Field expansion. The Packers said nobody was injured and the damage was limited and is not expected to affect the project. The Packers have played at Lambeau Field since 1957. Green Bay, at 9-and-4, battles the 8-and-5 Bears this Sunday in Chicago.

>>Bengals Look To Bounce Back Against Eagles

(Philadelphia, PA) -- The Cincinnati Bengals will look to stay in the playoff hunt when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles in this week's Thursday night game at Lincoln Financial Field. The Bengals had their four-game winning streak snapped with a 20-19 loss to the Cowboys on a last-second field goal this past Sunday. Cincinnati is currently the seventh seed in the AFC at 7-and-6. The Eagles will try to win consecutive games for the first time since starting the season 2-and-0. Philadelphia halted an eight-game losing streak with a 23-21 win at Tampa Bay last Sunday to improve to 4-and-9.
