The Chicago Cubs have agreed to terms on a one-year contract with outfielder Nate Schierholtz. He spent the first six seasons of his career with the San Francisco Giants before getting traded to the Philadelphia Phillies last July. Schierholtz hit a combined .257 with six home runs and 21 RBI in 114 games last season. He's a career .270 hitter with 24 home runs and 123 RBI.
