Losing Holiday Pounds

Many people will be hitting the gym this morning, hoping to start shedding those extra holiday pounds. Fitness Guru Eric Bassett, with EB30x Fitness in Westmont, says there are five keys to successfully taking off the weight.

Bassett says the key to success is clean eating, starting with breakfast within the first 30 minutes after you wake up. He says you may not see the results right away but he urges you to keep pushing. He's launching an 82-Day Challenge this Saturday to help people jump start their New Year weight loss goals.
