We're in the driest part of the year for Illinois, according to data by the Illinois State Water Survey. State Climotologist Jim Angel says we'll see above normal temperatures over the next week. He adds the middle of next week we could see a mix of snow and rain, but by the weekend, we could see heavy snow fall.
