The Chicago Cubs are expected to release plans for stadium upgrades later this month.  According to DNAinfo.com, the team wants to make improvements to the dugouts and locker rooms, and add additional bathrooms and concession areas inside the stadium.  Outside the gates, the team reportedly wants to build a hotel, plus free up space for a farmer's market and outdoor movies.
