(Chicago, IL) -- The Cubs say they will spend 300-million-dollars to renovate Wrigley Field if the city eases restrictions surrounding the landmark. The proposed upgrades will take place over five-years and include larger concourses, additional restaurants, more bathroom and concession areas, expanded suites and amenities for the players, a new roof, new seats, and restoring the stadium's facade. On Sunday, Cubs Chairman Tom Ricketts said, "We're not a museum. We're a business."
