The Bears announced Saturday that defensive backs coach Jon Hoke and defensive line coach Mike Phair will return next season under new head coach Marc Trestman.  Chicago also announced that assistant defensive backs coach Gill Byrd won't be back.  Additionally, director of physical development Rusty Jones announced he is retiring after 28 years in the NFL.
