White Sox Agree To One-Year Deal With Lindstrom

The Chicago White Sox have agreed to a one-year, 2.8-million-dollar contract with pitcher Matt Lindstrom. The deal includes a club option for 2014. The 32-year-old went 1-and-0 with a 2.68 ERA in 46 games last season while splitting time between the Baltimore Orioles and Arizona Diamondbacks. Lindstrom is 13-and-15 with 45 saves and a 3.64 ERA in six big league seasons overall with the Marlins, Astros, Rockies, Orioles and D'backs.
