The Earned Income Tax Credit has doubled over the past two years. The credit puts money back into the pockets of hard working, low-income families, but Governor Quinn says not enough people are applying for it.

Governor Quinn says people are leaving money on the table because they're not applying for the Earned income Tax Credit. He says you may still be able to get what's owed to you if you forgot to apply in the past several years.
