Spring is in the air, at least in Florida and Arizona.  Pitchers and catchers are gathering in both warm weather locations for the start of spring training this week.  The Chicago Cubs and Colorado Rockies are scheduled to hold their first formal Cactus League workout today.  Fifteen other teams will begin pitcher and catcher workouts tomorrow, with 12 more to start up on Wednesday.  The Washington Nationals are the last team to get going, with their first official workout on Thursday.  Position players are due to report either Friday, Saturday or Sunday for 28 big league clubs.  The New York Mets and Yankees are the last to start full squad workouts next Monday.  The Grapefruit and Cactus League exhibition slate gets underway a week from Friday.
