Tahseen Naser, 45, Decatur was issued a Citation for No Valid Driver’s License. Naser was arrested for Contempt of Court. Naser posted the necessary bond and was released.

David Whitney, 34, Clinton was arrested and charged with Failure to Appear or Pay for the Conviction of Criminal Damage to Property. Whitney unable to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County Jail.

Brooke Gibbons, 35, Bethany was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Theft Control Intent <$500/ Failure to Appear. Gibbons posted the necessary bond and was released.

Debra Baker, 40, Champaign was issued a Citation for Speeding 71 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Baker was issued a promise to comply and was released.
