Still A Few Kinks With Housing Migrant Kids

Governor Quinn says he's open to letting more migrant children from Central America take refuge in Illinois, but there are a few kinks that still need to be worked out.

Illinois is already housing more than 300 kids who've escaped bad situations in Central America. Most of them are in the Chicago area. It's still unclear where the state would put any additional children if the federal government decides to pitch in and use Illinois as an official place of refuge.
