Camilo Villegas fired a 7-under 63 on Sunday to come from behind and claim the title at the Wyndham Championship, which is the final event on the PGA Tour's regular-season schedule.
Villegas earned his fourth career victory on the PGA Tour at 17-under-par 263.
Bill Haas carded a 6-under 64 to move into a share of second place with Freddie Jacobson (66) at 16-under 264.
Heath Slocum (67) bogeyed his final two holes at Sedgefield Country Club to end alone in fourth at minus-15. That late collapse dropped him to 129th on the FedExCup standings and means he will not be eligible for the playoffs.
Third-round leader Nick Watney posted a bogey and a double-bogey over his final five holes en route to an even-par 70, dropping him into a tie for fifth with Brandt Snedeker (67) and Webb Simpson (67) at 14-under.
