Republican candidate for governor Bruce Rauner is making a last minute push to get a term limits measure on the November ballot, but he's running out of time. Rauner called on the Illinois Supreme Court to move quickly on a court challenge so the referendum question can be included on the ballot, which is to be certified Friday. An Illinois appellate court panel today agreed with a lower court that the term limits and legislature restructuring measure is unconstitutional. Rauner is now hoping the state supreme court reverses the lower courts' decisions.
