The New England Patriots rank second at 2.6-billion and the Washington Redskins third at 2.4-billion. Only seven teams are below the one-billion-dollar threshold, with the St. Louis Rams last with a value of 930-million. The average value of an NFL franchise is now 1.43-billion.
