 width=>>Louisville Crushes Miami In First ACC Game

Dominique Brown rushed for 143 yards and a touchdown as the Louisville Cardinals beat the Miami-Florida Hurricanes, 31-13, in a rematch of last season's Russell Athletic Bowl.

Will Gardner completed 20-of-28 passes for 206 yards and two touchdowns for the Cardinals (1-0, 1-0 ACC). Gerald Christian caught six passes for 59 yards and a score.

Freshman Brad Kaaya connected on 17-of-29 passes for 174 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions for the Hurricanes (0-1, 0-1), who went 9-4 last season.

Duke Johnson carried the ball 20 times for 90 yards. A broken ankle ended his 2013 season.

>>FSU Lifts Suspension On Wilson

(Tallahassee, FL) -- Florida State is lifting the suspension on sophomore wide receiver Jesus Wilson. Head coach Jimbo Fisher announced on Monday that Wilson will be eligible to play against The Citadel this Saturday. Wilson was suspended after he was charged with a felony for stealing a scooter on campus in June. The felony was dropped to two misdemeanors in July. He missed this past Saturday's season opening win over Oklahoma State.

(Austin, TX) -- Longhorns quarterback David Ash is out for this week's game against BYU. Coach Charlie Strong announced today Ash is being held out because of concussion-like symptoms. Ash was hurt in Saturday's 38-7 win over UNT. Tyrone Swopes will start.
