Governor Quinn's campaign team is blasting Bruce Rauner for spending 100-grand to join a wine club.  Quinn's latest ad shows someone pouring a glass of wine until it flows out onto the table.  No words are spoken in the ad but a "Washington Post" headline appears on the screen, claiming Rauner "spends more on wine than the average Illinois household spends on everything."  Rauner also released an ad today, blasting Quinn for rising property tax rates.  He promises to freeze the tax rates if he's elected governor.  Voters will likely start seeing the candidates throw many more jabs in radio, TV, and online ads as election season winds down.
