Governor Quinn says he's had to cut back on his meals this week, while trying to live on a minimum wage budget.

Quinn has been trying to stretch 79-dollars for the week, hoping to bring attention to the sacrifices and struggles that the minimum wage workers have to make. Republicans are criticizing his efforts, though. They say it's a political stunt designed to take the focus off the real issues facing the people of Illinois.
