A new poll puts Governor Quinn up in the race for governor for the first time during the campaign season.  He leads Bruce Raunerr by just three percentage points, with a total count of 43-to-40.  Five prevent of those polled are backing the Libertarian candidate, Chad Grimm.  Global Strategies Group conducted the poll, which shows Rauner is becoming less appealing to Democratic and Independent voters.
