Governor Quinn and Bruce Rauner are both trying to build support among Latino voters. Quinn released a new ad in Spanish, blasting his GOP opponent on the issue of taxes. Meanwhile, Rauner teamed up with New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and met with Latino pastors in Chicago. He nabbed the support of quite a few prominent Black pastors yesterday. Minority voters make up a major part of Quinn's base, and political experts say if he loses their vote, he'll lose his job.
