![width=200 height=148 />One local lawmaker feels the issue of school funding hasn't been dealt with properly over the last decade. <br /> <br />State Representative Bill Mitchell explains the State of Illinois has been prorating school districts the last couple years. This mean schools are getting much less than what the State should be giving them. Mitchell notes the current administration needs to take responsibility for their record.
