(El Segundo, CA) -- Lakers guard Kobe Bryant took part in the team's first practice on Tuesday. Bryant missed 76 of 82 games last season as he recovered from a torn Achilles tendon, which was followed by a fracture in his left knee when he got back on the court. Steve Nash also practiced yesterday. Nash played in 15 games last season because of nerve root irritation in his left leg.

Cavaliers guard Dion Waiters put his two cents in after practice on Tuesday in response to Wizards guard Bradley Beal claiming he and John Wall have earned the distinction. Other pairs typically thrown into the discussion are the Warriors' Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson along with the Suns' Goran Dragic and Eric Bledsoe.
