The local Farmer's Market made their presence known at the 46th Annual Clinton Apple & Pork Festival.
The Clinton Farmer's and Artisan's Market had many items available for sale this past weekend on Clinton's Downton Square. Elizabeth Burns, with the Market, explains they also benefitted from the newly renovated stage on the Square. Live bands were able to perform throughout the weekened as well.
One local vendor participating this weekend was Janet Abrahamson, also known as "Grandma Cookie". She's famous for her homeade jams and jellies of many varieties. Abrahamson adds her bestseller is Bumbleberry, made of blueberries, blackberries and strawberries.
Both Abrahamson and Burns look forward to the wide exposure their food items recieve during the well-attended Apple & Pork weekend.
