Noah and Pierce were each hit with 15-thousand-dollar fines. The Bulls continue preseason play Saturday at the Bucks.

(Indianapolis, IN) -- The Indiana Pacers are locking up head coach Frank Vogel with a multi-year contract extension. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The 41-year-old is entering his fourth full season as Pacers coach after taking over on an interim basis in January 2011. He led Indiana to its second straight Central Division title last season. The Pacers previously rewarded Vogel with an extension in January of 2013.

(New York, NY) -- The NBA is suspending four Washington Wizards players one game each. DeJuan Blair, Nene [[ neh-NAY ]], Daniel Orton and Xavier Silas have all been penalized for leaving the bench when teammate Paul Pierce got into a shoving match with the Bulls' Joakim [[ JO-kim ]] Noah during Monday's preseason game. Noah and Pierce were each hit with 15-thousand-dollar fines. The one-game suspensions will be served once the regular season begins. The Wizards' first game is Wednesday, October 29th at the Miami Heat.

(Berlin) -- San Antonio Spurs guard Danny Green is apologizing for taking a selfie outside the Berlin Holocaust Museum. Green posted a picture on Instagram Wednesday with the caption, "You know I had to do it one time lol #Holocaust." He took the photo down and later tweeted he made a mistake and was insensitive. Green also tweeted he has great respect for Germany's history and showed poor judgment in his caption. The Spurs are in Europe as part of the NBA Global Games.
