Police are investigating two reports of a male intruder in women's apartments within 90 minutes of each other near the University of Illinois campus in Champaign.

According to reports, a woman told police she woke up around 3 a.m. to find a man lying in bed with her. She says the man ran out of the apartment when she confronted him. A police report says he was wearing an orange or red sweater.

A woman in a different apartment in the same building says she woke up around 4:30 a.m. to find a man in bed with her. She says he was wearing a blue and white shirt and ran out of the apartment when she confronted him.

It's unclear if the women are students.
