Clinton's Terror on Washington Street will be providing kid-friendly tours beginning this weekend.

The Clinton Haunted House began providing Friendly Ghost Tours for children under 10 in 2012. Marian Brisard, Executive Director of the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce, explains the tours will be given from 5-6 pm the next two Saturdays. The lights remain on during the tour and is without scary monsters.

Brisard says most kids over 10 should understand the components of the Haunted House which is why tours are 9 and under. She adds the atmosphere is more upbeat and fun than the grown-ups version.

The Terror on Washington Street runs from 7-11 pm each weekend through the end of the month with the final night being Saturday November 1st.
