>>Steelers Steal Win From Texans

(Pittsburgh, PA) -- The Steelers pulled out a 30-23 win against the Texans on "Monday Night Football" after a wild rally late in the first half at Heinz Field. The Steelers trailed 13-0 before scoring 24 unanswered points in less than three minutes. Ben Roethlisberger found Martavis Bryant for a 35-yard touchdown followed by an Arian Foster fumble recovered by Pittsburgh. Wide receiver Antonio Brown then threw a TD pass on a trick play to Lance Moore giving the Steelers a four-point lead. Ryan Fitzpatrick was intercepted on the next Texans' play and "Big Ben" threw another touchdown to Le'Veon Bell allowing Pittsburgh to go into halftime up 24-13. Roethlisberger finished with 265 passing yards and two touchdowns. Bell compiled 145 total yards and a TD as the Steelers moved to 4-and-3. Foster ran for 102 yards and DeAndre Hopkins hauled in six catches 108 yards in the defeat. Fitzpatrick had 262 yards through the air with two TDs and a pick for Houston, which lost its third straight and dropped to 3-and-4.

(Lake Forest, IL) -- The Chicago Bears are responding to reports of a tense moment in the locker room after Sunday's loss to the Dolphins. Coach Marc Trestman says Brandon Marshall did not single out quarterback Jay Cutler as some have said. Reports say Marshall unloaded on teammates after the loss and was loud enough for the media to hear him outside the closed doors of the locker room. Guard Kyle Long also responded to the drama in an interview with ESPN 1000 by saying there's no issues internally. Left tackle Jermon Bushrod tells ESPN there was a heated exchange in the locker room, but says it was just players expressing their emotions.

(St. Louis, MO) -- The St. Louis Rams are parting ways with wide receiver Austin Pettis. Head coach Jeff Fisher announced Monday that he has been released. The four-year pro recorded 12 catches for 118 yards and one touchdown in five games this season. According to multiple reports, Pettis was late for a team meeting on Saturday. He was then inactive for Sunday's 28-26 win over Seattle.

>>Niners' Smith Could Be Reinstated Early

(Santa Clara, CA) -- The San Francisco 49ers could get outside linebacker Aldon Smith back sooner than expected. ESPN reports Smith's nine-game suspension could be reduced due to good behavior. Smith was suspended before the season under the personal conduct and substance abuse policies. His suspension is set to end following the Niners' Week 10 matchup with the Saints, but now he could be back for the Week Nine home game against the Rams. San Francisco has a bye this week.

>>Seahawks' Baldwin: Harvin Trade Factored In Loss

(Renton, WA) -- Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin says the team's recent trade of Percy Harvin could have factored in Sunday's loss to the Rams. Baldwin tells ESPN the emotional roller coaster of the transaction played a role. He adds that they handled it to the best of their ability, but says the drastic move impacted the team in the 28-26 loss to St. Louis which dropped them to 3-and-3 this season. Seattle dealt Harvin to the New York Jets late last week in exchange for a conditional draft pick. Multiple outlets reported that Harvin became a distraction to the team and that he would've been cut if a trade partner wasn't found.

>>McCoy To Start For Redskins If RG3 Can't Go

(Ashburn, VA) -- Colt McCoy will be the Washington Redskins starting quarterback until Robert Griffin the Third is ready to return from injury. Head coach Jay Gruden named McCoy the starter for next Monday night's game at Dallas, but there is a chance Griffin could come back from a dislocated ankle. McCoy went 11-of-12 for 128 yards and a touchdown, helping lead the 'Skins to a game-winning field goal against Tennessee in relief of an ineffective Kirk Cousins this past Sunday. Gruden says he "can't rule out" "RG3," but he still has a long way to go in his rehab from the Week Two injury against Jacksonville. Cousins has thrown for over 17-hundred-yards with 10 touchdowns and nine interceptions in six games this season.

>>Calvin Johnson To Travel To London With Lions

(Allen Park, MI) -- Despite missing the last two weeks with an ankle injury, Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson may suit up in Week Eight when the team plays Atlanta in London, England. Lions head coach Jim Caldwell says Johnson will make the trip with the team across the pond on Monday night. "Megatron" was rumored to be out of the lineup until after the team's bye in Week Nine. Johnson has 22 catches for 348 yards and two touchdowns in five games this season.

>>Redskins' Orakpo Out For Season

(Ashburn, VA) -- The 2014 season is over for Redskins linebacker Brian Orakpo [[ or-RACK-poh ]], and it could spell the end of his career in Washington. Orakpo will be placed on injured reserve with a torn pectoral muscle. The same injury ended his 2012 season after just two games. The 28-year-old signed a one-year, 11.45-million-dollar franchise tender in the offseason, and is likely to hit the free agent market following the season. The 2009 first-round pick has racked up 40 sacks in 71 games for the 'Skins.
