The Chief explains right at dusk is when they begin to roost, and Monday night, they deployed four or five of the noise makers. They begin the deployment of the noise makers just before dark, around dusk. He does believe they will continue to roost through at least mid-week.

He encourages residents to not be alarmed in that area of the city, as they will be making a lot of noise, but at the same time, encourages residents to call in anything they may think is suspicious.
