NCAA Unlikely To Severely Punish Oklahoma State

width=After a 13-month investigation, the NCAA and Oklahoma State both report the allegations of widespread misconduct within the football program are "fundamentally unfounded."  Last September, "Sports Illustrated" released a series that alleged the OSU football program was guilty of numerous major NCAA violations.  ESPN.com reports through university documents that there were multiple inaccuracies in SI's report.  Investigators from the university and NCAA reviewed about 50-thousand emails and interviewed nearly 100 individuals involved with the Cowboys' football program.  Most of the allegations were alleged to have occurred during Les Miles' time as OSU head coach.  At most, the investigation could lead to the loss of a scholarship or two for the next two years.
