As heard on 95.9 FM WEZC the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans crushed the Cerro Gordo Broncos 60-13.

For the Broncos, Dalton Groehler rushed nine times for fifty-nine yards. Chase McNamara carried sixteen times for ninety-four yards and a touchdown.

For the Trojans, Jack Hockaday rushed ten times for one hundred and six yards and three touchdowns. He also went to the air nine times and connected on seven for ninety-six yards and another touchdown. Logan Allsup carried four times for thirty-four yards and a touchdown. Chad Howell carried eleven times for seventy-nine yards and a touchdown.

Maroa-Forsyth improves to 6-3 and moves on to the playoffs while Cerro-Gordo falls to 3-6 to finish the season.

High school playoffs begin next week.
